Swine influenza A (H1N1)
Dear Oncare,
Out of an abundance of caution, SCCM has activated its Emergency Response program due to the current swine influenza A (H1N1) outbreak. Several SCCM infectious disease experts have been in close contact with the Mexican authorities, and we are in contact with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). There is no call for volunteers at this time.
The SCCM disaster resources Web page will be updated regularly with the latest information and tools to assist critical care professionals during this event.
